PEANUT BUTTER
It actually fills me up, is portable is just plain snacky! Recently, I made a batch of homemade protein bars with peanut butter as the main ingredient. I like natural peanut butter with no "extras".




STACY'S SUB-3 PROTEIN BAR RECIPE:
2 cups of oats
2 cups of natural peanut butter
2 cups of vanilla protein powder (brand at Costco)
1 cup of honey

Mix all ingredients together and press into a 9x13 pan - refridgerate.
